Jubilee is a neighbourhood in the Northeast quadrant of Victoria British Columbia. It is divided into North and South Jubilee by Fort street.
The commercial business in the south is centred around Fort and Oak Bay Avenue. The Royal Jubilee Hospital and auxiliary buildings are in the north. it is residential for the majority of the south jubilee. 3 schools are within the borders of the Jubilee neighbourhood; St Patricks, the BC school of Art therapy and the Victoria College. There are minimal green spaces, with two parks; Red Fern and Fern Park. The main streets to get around the neighbourhood are Shelbourne, Fort, Main and oak bay street.
The population is 5240 which accounts for 6.5% of the Victoria city residents. It is 60% rental dwellings with 40% being owner-occupied. There are 1 17% of that are above the age of 65. There are 2945 dwellings in Jubilee.
