Kenson Park — a great place to call home

Kenson Park is a small neighbourhood located in the west end of Ottawa. Geographically, it is bounded by Woodroffe Avenue to the east, highway 417 to the north, Baseline Road to the south, and Pinecrest and the OC Transpo Transitway to the west. The area is primarily residential, with homes built as early as the 1950s. Kenson Park, which shares the same name as the neighbourhood, is located on Adirondack Drive and is a great location to relax in the summertime. The closest commercial area to Kenson Park is College Square Mall at 1377 Woodroffe Ave, home to numerous retail stores, restaurants, beauty salons and a Home Depot. A Walmart Supercentre is also located nearby in Copeland Park, at 1375 Baseline Rd, and is convenient for both grocery shopping and getting prescriptions filled. Overall, Kenson Park is an ideal neighborhood for both families, young adults and senior citizens.
