McKellar Park — a great place to call home
McKellar Park is a small neighbourhood located in the Kitchissippi Ward of Ottawa. Geographically, it is bound by Denbury Avenue to the east, Sherbourne Avenue to the south and west, and the Ottawa River to the north. McKellar Park is primarily residential; however, the area is in close proximity to several commercial districts. A large Walmart Supercentre is located at 1375 Baseline Road, convenient for both grocery shopping and getting prescriptions filled. Carlingwood Shopping centre is also located nearby, and comprises of a multitude of retail stores, banks, as well as the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group and Carlingwood Dental Centre.
