Sault-au-Récollet — a great place to call home

Sault-au-Recollet is a historic neighbourhood on the eastern edge of Quebec. it borders on the Riviere des Prairies. The boundaries of the Sault-au-Recollet are Rue JJ Gagnier, Rue Port Royal, Avenue Papineau along with the Riviere.

Sault au recollet has the church of the visitation which is the oldest church in Montreal, built from 1749 ro 1752. It started off with a forested, isolated agriculture town, to blossom to a neighbourhood that boasts 7 parks and green spaces; park hirondelles, Grabrielle-lalement, Sault au recollete, lomer gouir, nature l'ile de la visitation, bousser crouir and Park Prieur. There are two education facilities within the border; Ecole la visitation and Pius culinary institute. Hospital Feury is also found within the borders. Buses 121, 378, 54, 41 all run through the neighbourhood and Boulevard Henri Bourassa E and Avenue Panpineau all allow easy access to montreal city.
