Community Description

Schlegel Villages welcomed the residents and team members from Fairview Nursing Home in Toronto’s west end to the organization in 2015. The dedicated team here goes far beyond the call of duty to serve the 108 long-term care residents who live here.

Our Long Term Care neighbourhoods provide high quality care specialized to meet the needs of our residents. Admission to long term care is managed by the Community Care Access Centre (CCAC)
