Community Description

Creedan Valley Care Community is a delightful long-term care home, situated in the tranquil village of Creemore. This home opened in 1975, and is a vital member of the community, providing care to 95 residents. The home also has respite beds available for short-term relief to caregivers who are going on holiday or just need a short break. A well-established rehabilitation program results in many residents being able to return to the community; and the home’s resident-owned bus means residents can participate in outings, tours, country drives, shopping, and other events.
