Community Description

Crescent Park Lodge, as at all Conmed Care Centres we embrace and celebrate the process of aging with quality long term senior care adapted to each of our unique and special Residents. Our goal is to make each Resident feel welcomed and at home. We encourage and promote living each day to its fullest with inspiration and opportunities. We provide all levels of care for persons with physical, cognitive and social disabilities. and also offer short term stay options. For over 39 years, this accredited facility has provided exceptional care and individual attention to many happy Residents. This “Home with a Heart”, works together with both residents and family to encourage and support the physical, spiritual and emotional well being of each Resident. They are committed and experienced and bring a special “family-feeling” to each and every Resident. In our dedication to offering superior care in a long term environment, we are pleased to offer the Montessori approach to learning which assists Residents in maintaining their independence in a cooperative environment.

Private – I guest per room with private bathroom Semi Private – 2 guests per room 2 rooms connected to shared bathroom (the perfect option for couples who wish to stay together) Basic – 4 guests per room with shared bathroom At Crescent Park Lodge, we pride ourselves in providing the same high level of care no matter which style of accommodation is chosen.

DINING

As at all Conmed Care Centres, Oakwood Park offers a nutritious, balanced menu daily with multiple meal choices. Our Dietician works closely with our Chef to ensure that we are meeting the Canada Food Guide criteria as well as catering to all special and therapeutic diets.
