Community Description

Bay Haven Senior Care Community, a family owned and operated company, has been delivering resident focused quality long term care and retirement living for over 48 years.

In 1969, the Strandholt Family purchased a small nursing home. Their commitment to providing compassionate individualized care for seniors resulted in expanding the nursing home to meet the needs of the community. In 1985, the Bay Haven Retirement Home was added while 2002 saw the addition of the Bay Haven Retirement Suites. Bay Haven prides itself in being a local, family-run business.

Bay Haven’s vision of continuously striving for excellence in long term care and retirement living is supported by strong leadership, a talented management team and caring, dedicated staff and volunteers. Residents of Bay Haven call it home.
