Chartwell Lakeshore Retirement Residence is a lakefront retirement community in Burlington offering independent supportive living and dedicated assisted living accommodations. Overlooking the sparkling shores of Lake Ontario, our home boasts an enviable setting due to our beautiful natural surroundings and close proximity to a number of amenities and services. In addition to the shopping centre within walking distance across the street, we are also nearby a number of banks, grocery stores, cafés and restaurants.

Our independent supportive living residents have a choice of spacious and well-appointed studio and one-bedroom suites with spectacular views of the water and neighbourhood. While weekly housekeeping, linen service and 24-hour security come standard, you also have access to a variety of wellness services that can support you as your needs change. Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner are also available, with delicious meals tastefully served in our gorgeous dining room, where you can socialize with friends or take in the lush garden and lakefront views.

When you aren’t enjoying the privacy of your light-filled suite, you may find yourself relaxing in one of our comfortable lounges, in our entertainment centre participating in an exercise program or watching an old black and white movie on our large-screen television, or even getting your hair done in our salon. Our residence also features a library, games room, tuck shop and unparalleled outdoor space, including a patio, gazebo, benches and walking paths thoughtfully interwoven within our professionally-landscaped grounds.
