Community Description

Nestled in a quiet woodland setting on the south slope of Salmon Arm, Sun Ridge Estates is the ideal peaceful retirement home. Salmon Arm is located in the beautiful Shuswap region, halfway between Calgary and Vancouver. Many of our Residents hail from the Prairies and have come to the Sun Ridge Estates Seniors Rental Housing in pursuit of milder climates and better health. Most of our rental apartments have spectacular mountain and valley views from their private balcony or patio. Guests are always welcome!

SUITES

Sun Ridge Estates offers 34 two-bedroom apartments. Each has a spacious kitchen with three appliances, plus a separate eating nook and an in-suite storage room with laundry hook-up (there is also a coin-operated laundry room). Suites all have a gas fireplace and air conditioning and a private patio or balcony (most with amazing mountain or valley views!).
