Community Description

Woodhall Park Care Community, named after the Woodhall Family who pioneered the land in which the home now stands, is centrally located in Brampton within easy access to highway 410. The 147 residents can access extensive community programs, educational sessions, and an intergenerational pen pal program, as well as specialized therapies in music, art and pets.

Being an integral part of the community has always been an important part of life at Woodhall Park, and we have partnered with William Osler Hospital’s programs, local religious and spiritual communities, and the volunteering community. Residents can also participate in the Resident Ambassador Program, where they assume roles within the home based on their interests and talents, such as Horticultural Advisor and Program Promoter.
