Colonel By offers a luxurious, warm and safe environment for retirement living in Ottawa, Ontario. We offer a continuum of care, with 72 Independent Living suites, 23 Assisted Living suites, and 32 Memory Care suites. Assisted Living and Memory Care (in a secure area) have their own dining rooms.
