Common questions
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Featured listings are billed monthly and you can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your listing reverts to Standard at the end of the billing period.
Do I have to claim my listing before upgrading?
Yes — claiming verifies that you operate the home. Once approved (usually within one business day), you can upgrade to Featured directly from your dashboard.
What happens to my photos and Q&As if I cancel?
They're saved and will be restored if you re-subscribe. They won't be visible on your listing while you're on the Standard plan.
Who sees the Featured card?
Featured listings appear at the top of their city page in a larger card with your photo, description, and a "Request a tour" button. Standard listings appear in the regular grid below.
