Dignified.ca is a directory of licensed retirement homes in Canada. Our listings are sourced from official regulatory registers, including the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority (RHRA) public register. We are an independent directory — we are not affiliated with the RHRA, the Government of Ontario, or any retirement home operator.

Listing a facility on Dignified.ca does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the quality of care provided at that facility.

Facility information (licence status, care services, capacity, operator details) is sourced from the RHRA public register and updated periodically. This information may not reflect the current status of a facility. Always verify a facility's licence and compliance history directly with the RHRA before making care decisions.

Operator-provided content (descriptions, photos, Q&As, amenities) is supplied by the retirement home operator and has not been independently verified by Dignified.ca.

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information on this site.

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, financial, or care planning advice. Choosing a retirement home is an important decision — we encourage you to visit facilities in person, speak with staff, consult with your family and healthcare providers, and review the facility's full RHRA record before making any decisions.

When you submit an inquiry through the site, your message is forwarded to the retirement home operator. Dignified.ca is not a party to any subsequent communications, agreements, or transactions between you and an operator.

We are not responsible for how operators respond to inquiries or for the availability of suites or services.

Operators who claim and manage a listing agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information. Misrepresentation of a facility's services, capacity, or status is grounds for removal from the directory. Operators remain solely responsible for the accuracy of operator-provided content.

Featured listing subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by applicable law.

RHRA data reproduced on this site is sourced from a public register maintained by the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority and is used in accordance with applicable open data terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Dignified.ca shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information contained in it, including decisions about senior care.

The site contains links to external sites (RHRA, facility websites, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
